Here is our fearless leader, Keith Barnes. Keith is not only our General Manager but he is also a majority owner of Top Training. The past 3 years Keith served as the GM for D1 Sugarland. During that time he grew the member base significantly while also creating a staff of amazing coaches. Like most, he was a multi sport athlete growing up through elementary and junior high before deciding to just wrestle in high school. He was a 2 time state champion and received a wrestling scholarship to UCO in Edmond Oklahoma where he was a 3 time All American. He got his BA in Business and has been in sales and management for over 25 years. He has remained active in sports and still plays tournament level softball in both 40 and over and 50 and over divisions. In his late 40s he also was a nationally qualified competitive bodybuilder. His passion for sports and helping young athletes can be seen each and every day at the facility. Whether the athlete is just getting started, hoping to play in high school, planning to play in college or even training as a Pro, Keith gives his full support to the athlete’s development both inside and outside of the facility.
CJ Serrano is an accomplished Strength & Conditioning Coach with a proven track record of developing high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. He has coached over 100 high school athletes who went on to compete at the college level, as well as professionals in the MLB, MLS, USL, WNBA, AU Pro Volleyball, WNFC, and ABA.
CJ earned his B.S. in Exercise & Sports Science (Pre-Physical Therapy) with a minor in Psychology from Texas State University. He holds certifications from NSCA (CSCS), Barbell Rehab, EXOS, Landmine University, and VertiMax.
Since beginning his career in 2019 with the Houston Dynamo and Dash Academy, CJ has held key roles across Lamar CISD, Magnolia ISD, and Barbers Hill ISD, as well as with club programs: Houston Skyline Volleyball and Albion Hurricanes FC. He’s also coached at F45 Training and led corporate wellness programs for Motiva, Aramco, Phillips 66, CBRE, and AIG. He now leads Top Training LLC in Sugar Land, specializing in volleyball, soccer, and return-to-sport rehab.

Watson Melville is a certified strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer with a B.S. in Kinesiology and a Master’s in Exercise Science. BRM (Barbell Rehab Method) certified, he specializes in helping both athletes and general fitness clients build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall performance.
With a science-based approach and a focus on injury prevention, he also designs personalized programs that support long-term health and sustainable results.
Chantelle Hamilton is an accomplished sports professional with a strong academic and athletic background. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Health & Human Performance and a master’s in Athletic Administration from Prairie View A&M University, where she also competed as a track and field athlete for four years, specializing in jumps and representing the Panthers from her freshman through senior years. Following her collegiate career, Chantelle ran track professionally for two years.
For the past five years, Chantelle has served as a Sports Coordinator at VillaSport Athletic Club, where she specializes in basketball, volleyball, soccer, and pickleball. Her experience as both an athlete and administrator has enabled her to develop and lead successful sports programs, fostering athletic growth and teamwork in diverse settings.
Chantelle is also a NASM Certified personal trainer
I’m a NASM Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach at Texas Southern University, graduating this summer with over 10 years of experience coaching athletes through group training.
As a former defensive end and outside linebacker, I bring real-game experience, intensity, and purpose to every session. I specialize in building youth athletes into complete performers — stronger, faster, more explosive, and mentally locked in.
My name is Julian Anya and I am a NASM Certified Trainer. I specialize in Strength Training, Weight Loss, Bodybuilding, Bodybuilding Competition Training, Cardio and Conditioning, HIIT training, and Athletic Performance Training.
I have trained countless amount of clients over my 10+ year career from athletes, seniors, youth, etc. My training sessions are fun, effective, and challenging. If you want results and need someone who’s going to push you to be your best, I am your guy!
Alie Muldrow is a former professional volleyball player who has 12+ years of experience on court. She played five collegiate years earning her B.S. in Exercise Science. She then headed to Europe for her professional career playing volleyball in both Hungary and Germany.
Coach Alie has 5+ years of experience training the next generation of great athletes. While traveling, she continued to train her clients and teams from all over the world, at both the developmental and professional level. She is currently working on her MA in Sports Science and Rehabilitation, with the goal of giving injured athletes a safe space to recover both mentally and physically. BRM (Barbell Rehab Method) certified, she specializes in sports performance, functional training, strength and conditioning, and volleyball positional training.
Currently she assists with the strength and conditioning for the women's professional volleyball team located in Houston, League One Volleyball (LOVB).
