Keith brings more than 25 years of leadership, athletic experience, and performance training expertise to Top Training Orlando as the owner. Before launching Top Training, he led a major growth phase as GM of D1 Sugarland, expanding membership and building a high-level coaching staff that helped shape hundreds of young athletes.
A lifelong athlete, Keith was a two-time state champion wrestler and three-time All-American at the University of Central Oklahoma, where he earned his BA in Business. His passion for competition continued into adulthood as a nationally qualified bodybuilder and tournament-level softball player.
Today, Keith is dedicated to helping athletes of all ages build confidence, discipline, and long-term success—whether they’re just starting out or training for collegiate and professional competition. Under his leadership, Top Training Orlando has become a results-driven environment where hard work is valued, athletes are supported, and champions are built.

GM and Head Strength Coach
Izzy is dedicated to helping people discover their strength, move with confidence, and feel capable in their bodies. A former college basketball player, she experienced firsthand how intentional, periodized training improves performance, reduces injury risk and builds physical and mental resilience—fueling her passion for coaching.
As a CSCS and USAW Level 1 coach, Izzy blends technical expertise with an individualized, evidence-based approach. Her own journey with hypermobility and chronic pain shaped her philosophy, allowing her to coach with empathy, adaptability, and a deep respect for each person’s unique needs.
Izzy believes training is for everyone and values the community, empowerment, and wellbeing that movement creates. Her mission is to make training sustainable, impactful, and truly empowering—whether building foundational strength or elevating athletic performance.

Originally from California, Justice played multiple sports in H.S. After graduating, he joined the U.S. Army where he spent time as an Airborne Infantryman. After the military, he went back to college where he ran Track & Field.
Justice graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Performance Psychology from Grand Canyon University. While at GCU he was the Head Flag Football Coach and in his spare time acquired his personal training certifications. Moving to Indiana in 2021, he attended Ball State University and obtained his master’s degree in Athletic Coaching Education. While at Ball State he was the Head Wrestling and Baseball Coach for a local High School as well as the Middle School Head Football Coach.
Now in Ohio, Justice currently serves as the Defensive Line and Head Track & Field Coach at Roger Bacon H.S. In his first two seasons (outdoor 2025/ indoor 2026) he has coached 4 State Qualifiers in Track & Field and counting!

A lifelong athlete and Army veteran, Alice is passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and community — both on and off the turf.
Growing up, Alice played soccer, swam, and competed in field hockey and lacrosse, including club lacrosse at Western Michigan University. Her athletic roots and love for teamwork carried into her Army career, and represented her post, Fort Leonard Wood, on the Army Ten-Miler Team in Washington, D.C.
Since 2016, Alice has dedicated herself to coaching, creating an encouraging environment where progress of every kind is celebrated. She’s a NASM Certified Health Coach, USAW Level 1 Coach, and Comprehensive Pilates Instructor.
At the heart of her mission is a simple belief: fitness should make life better — every single day.

Greg Parks is a highly experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach dedicated to helping athletes and adults build strength, resilience, and long-term performance. A lifelong athlete himself, Greg developed a passion for performance training at a young age—one that ultimately became his career focus.
Greg earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Northern Kentucky University and holds respected industry certifications including NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and USAW Level 1 Olympic Weightlifting Coach.
His coaching philosophy centers on proper movement, evidence-based training, and long-term athletic development. Greg specializes in helping clients improve strength, mobility, confidence, and overall functional performance while prioritizing safety and sustainability.
In addition to coaching at Top Training, Greg currently serves as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for a Cincinnati-area high school, where he develops sport-specific training programs for student-athletes across multiple sports.
Whether working with youth athletes, competitive players, or adults looking to improve their fitness, Greg brings energy, expertise, and a passion for helping others reach their full potential.

Seeing people get from where they are now to where they want to be is what motivates DeVonte to grow as a professional! In his 5+ years of being a certified fitness professional, he has had the pleasure of experiencing how impactful 30-60 minutes of exercise can be to an individual’s health and well being.
DeVonte earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at Morehead State University, where he also played Division 1 football.
